County Criminal Records
Provided with subject's full name, date of birth, social security number and county/state to investigate, we can conduct a standard background search. This entails a check of the Clerk of Courts office in the specific county requested. Counties to check should include current residence, previous counties in which the individual had resided or worked during the past 7 years. Information provided will include case number, arrest or file date, charge, disposition date, disposition and sentencing.
Statewide Criminal Record
Information varies by state - AK, AL, AR, CO, CT, GA, HI, IA, IN, NC, NM, NY, OR, RI, SD, TN, TX (convictions only), VA, WA, WI. FL = $34 TN = $29 NY statewide through OCA add $65 state fee. ALL SEARCHES ARE PER NAME.
National Criminal Database Search Plus
A search of compiled national databases provides criminal information from multiple sources. FILES ARE UPDATED MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY. Data included varies from the different states and agencies contributing to the database. Not all counties or all states are included. Information generally includes some county data, State Department of Corrections files, Sexual Offenders List and Administrative Office of Courts as well as various government agencies. This tool enhances the County Criminal Records search or may be used as a "safety net" search for some positions. This database includes a social security number trace search and checks ALL OF THE NAMES associated with the number. This service requires the date of birth for verification.
Federal Records
A seven year search of the US Federal District Court for all criminal convictions under a specific jurisdiction will be conducted. The United States is divided into 90 federal judicial districts. Each district is divided by boundaries and within each district may lay 2 or more divisions. The county in which the individual has the most contact will determine which district is checked. A federal crime will involve mail fraud, interstate drug trafficking, civil rights violations or some other federal matter. Docket information is available and will include case numbers, arrest or file dates, charge, disposition dates, disposition and sentencing.
Social Security Trace
Provided with your subject's social security number we will match their social security number against a national credit bureau's database. This provides you with all names and addresses associated with that social security number as well as the date of birth and all names and addresses under which the individual applied credit. We also have the ability to verify through the Social Security Administration that the name and number provided match. This is an instant product.
Motor Vehicle Records
Provided with subject's full name, social security number, date of birth, drivers license number and state issued, we can access each states Department of Public Safety office. Most MVR's are returned instantly. A few states may take from 24-48 hours to obtain. General information provided would include a current status of the record and any violations that occurred within 3 to 5 years. Information may very from state to state.
Sex Offenders Registry
Provided with subject's full name and state of residence our staff can access a states database, which provides information on all sex offenders living in that state. This is a statewide search. Statewide repository searches are currently offered in 30 states. Information yielded varies upon state statute, but typically includes identifiers, registered address and certain conviction details.
